Dallas Apartment Complex gets some needed TLC

"Out of sight, out of mind" is an all-too-common excuse for neglect. Thankfully, caring landlords and property management companies DO exist, and they frequently hire us to improve the living atmosphere for their tenants.

This medium sized Dallas apartment complex featured three buildings, each with unique challenges. Hardee board oxidized on one side, mold on the shady side; rough gravel concrete trapping grime in the back, a decade of grime all over the smooth concrete in the parking lot; ALL the walkways connecting ALL the sides were black with algae, mold and dirt. Thankfully, we specialize in the use of commercial grade, eco-friendly solutions for EVERY surface, and we were able to degrease, demold, deoxidize and POWERFULLY clean every curve ball thrown. Applying the correct mix of the correct chemical greatly improves one's chances of success in concrete cleaning exterior surfaces, as does having advanced powers, such as the ability to apply a tremendous amount of water at high pressure! Those stains really didn't ever stand a chance. I was personally very gratified by these results.
